Rolling bearing inner ring turning assembly line is a special equipment for turning inner and outer rings of small and medium-sized rolling bearings. The main processing objects are 628-6213 and other models. The assembly line is composed of several single function main machines and various auxiliary machines, which are connected through the slideway to complete the processing of the inner and outer rings of the bearing. It is suitable for the mass production of the inner and outer rings of the rolling bearings. The main engine undertakes the following tasks: inner hole, groove of end face, chamfering of inner and outer rings, separation of inner and outer rings, middle groove and side groove of inner and outer rings. The auxiliary equipment consists of disc feeder, elevator (floor type and bed type), scrap iron crusher, etc.
