1. When the NC lathe with inclined bed is placed on the foundation, it must be leveled in free state and locked by anchor bolts.
2. For ordinary lathes, the reading of the level gauge will not be higher than 0.04/1000mm, and for high-precision CNC lathes, the level gauge will not be higher than 0.02/1000mm. When measuring the installation accuracy, we often need to do it at a constant temperature. The measuring tool should be used after a period of constant temperature.
3. During the installation of NC lathe with inclined lathe bed, the installation method of forced deformation caused by NC lathe should be reduced as much as possible.
4. It is not allowed to dismantle some parts of the lathe casually when installing the inclined lathe bed. If some parts are dismantled, it is likely that the internal stress of the lathe will be distributed again, thus affecting the accuracy of the lathe.
Preparation before commissioning of NC lathe with inclined lathe bed
1. Before use, the CNC lathe with inclined lathe bed shall pass the geometric accuracy inspection, and then clean the whole machine. Specifically, the cotton cloth or silk cloth containing cleaning agent shall be used for cleaning. At this stage, cotton yarn or gauze shall not be used to avoid machine jamming. That is to say, the anti rust oil or anti rust paint applied by the NC lathe with inclined bed to protect the guide rail surface and processing surface when leaving the factory shall be cleaned, and the dust on the outer surface shall be cleaned at the same time. At the same time, all sliding surfaces and working surfaces shall be coated with lubricating oil specified by the manufacturer.
2. It is also necessary to carefully check whether all parts of the inclined lathe bed have been filled with oil according to relevant requirements, and whether the coolant in the cooling box is sufficient. Whether the oil in the hydraulic station and automatic lubrication device of the lathe can reach the position specified by the oil level indicator.
3. At the same time, check whether all switches and components in the electrical control box are normal, and whether all plug-in integrated circuit boards operate normally.
4. After power on, we will also start the centralized lubrication installation to ensure that there is enough lubricating oil on the lubricating parts and lubricating oil circuits, so as to make a series of preparations for the lathe before use.
