(1) Before work, they must wear labor protection products. Female workers must wear work hats and hair nets. They are not allowed to wear scarves and high-heeled shoes. During operation, they are not allowed to wear gloves, smoke, chat with others, concentrate, and play and make trouble in the workshop.
(2) Before spending the CNC Machine tool, you must check whether the lubrication and protective devices of all parts of the machine tool meet the requirements.
(3) Reasonably select cutting tools and fixtures. When clamping precision workpieces or thin and soft workpieces, the clamping method shall be appropriate and the force shall be appropriate to ensure that the clamping is firm and reliable. It is not allowed to knock hard. It can be knocked gently with a wooden hammer or cushion.
(4) During the operation, it is necessary to observe whether there are guns in the workpiece clamping at any time. If there are guns, it is necessary to turn the vehicle immediately to prevent hitting people. When observing the workpiece during the operation, the position should be appropriate.
(5) When the machine tool moves rapidly, pay attention to the surrounding conditions to prevent collision.
(6) In case of abnormal heating of the motor of the CNC Lathe Machine tool and abnormal sound, stop the machine immediately.
(7) The operation should be civilized. Do not put tools, measuring tools and workpieces on the abnormal track of the machine tool and the workbench at will. When the machine tool is running, do not touch the rotating parts or lean your body against the machine tool. It is not allowed to transfer objects from above the machine tool parts.
(8) Abide by the process regulations and do not arbitrarily modify the set parameters and operating procedures of the manufacturer in the CNC system.
(9) After the operation, control the machine tool, clean the work site and disconnect the power supply.
