Plastic compound copper pipe: although it eliminates the disadvantage of too fast heat dissipation of copper pipe, it leads to an increase in production cost. The outer compound plastic layer is easy to age and shorten the service life.


Stainless steel lined plastic pipe and external compound plastic pipe: it is a product with incomplete consideration. Because the service life of stainless steel and plastic is too different, it is also a product that should not be promoted.


Thick wall all stainless steel pipe: it is the most ideal pipe for use because it has many advantages, such as corrosion resistance, no pollution, excellent mechanical function, good damage resistance, low thermal conductivity, durability, luxurious appearance and so on. Because of this, all stainless steel pipeline system has been selected for a long time in the pharmaceutical, chemical and beverage packaging industries. Some regional water supply networks in Japan and Germany have adopted all stainless steel pipeline system. However, the traditional thick wall stainless steel pipeline system has not been applied in the field of municipal water supply and construction water supply because of the high consumption and high price of stainless steel materials and the restriction of economic capacity.
